Billings, MT – March 4, 2018

The Montana State Double Handball Tournament was held at the YMCA in Billings, March 2-4.

Jay Spooner and Dan Passolt of Fargo, North Dakota took home two titles, winning both the Golden Masters (50+) and the Super Golden Masters (60+).

Dan Scilley of Luther and Monk Semansky of Highwood won the Diamond Masters (70+).

Brett Badovinac and Don Foley of Butte won the open division by virtue of a tie breaker. They finished 3-1 in the round robin format, along with the team of Missoula’s Sean Sandau and Emigrant’s Les Seago and the team of Livingston’s Rick Edwards and Bozeman’s Steve Birrell. It came down to most games won, with Badovinac and Foley winning seven games compared to six for the other two teams.
